What is a solar inverter API?
Solar energy has a crucial role to play in our transition to a sustainable future. Solar inverters capture valuable data on both real-time and historical local solar production. This data can be accessed through an Application Programming Interface (API).
APIs allow the exchange of data between users’ solar inverters and management apps, without the need for additional hardware. Solar inverter APIs are used to remotely monitor and control solar inverters, in order to optimize energy production and self-consumption.
